These terms set out the agreement between you and Skyinplay when you use skyinplay.ink and your Skyinplay ID. By creating an account or placing a bet, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your Skyinplay ID, so do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. If you think someone has accessed it, tell us straight away so we can help secure it.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it stands, unless it is voided under these terms or the rules of a specific market. Odds can move quickly, especially in-play, and the price you get is the one shown when your bet is accepted. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before you confirm.
We may void a bet where there has been an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, a match is abandoned or rescheduled, or where the result is affected by circumstances covered in the market rules. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned.
Offers come with their own terms, such as wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits. Read those terms before you opt in. We may withdraw or change a promotion, and we may cancel a bonus and any winnings from it if we find the offer has been abused.
You agree not to use the service dishonestly. That includes collusion, using automated tools or bots, exploiting bugs, or trying to manipulate a market or outcome. If we find this kind of activity, we may suspend the account, void related bets, and withhold funds gained unfairly.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, provides false information, or is used for unlawful activity. You can also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine balance owed to you will be returned, subject to verification.
We work to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from interruptions, delays, or your own decisions while using the service. You bet at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
